Dear Sisters,

We can't do it without you!!  When you receive one of our mailings--like the Calendars, Notepads or Labels--please don't set it aside.  Our Department has enlisted the services of the National VFW Marketing Services since 2007.  This service provides our members with a yearly Calendar, Address Labels, Notepads and Note Cards.  When you receive a letter [signed by the State President] through the mail from the Ladies Auxiliary VFW, asking for a donation for the items that you received, please respond, if you can, with a donation.  This program is legitimate and is not a scam.  Our Department relies on the donations from these campaigns to keep our programs alive. 

All of the items that are provided by the VFW Marketing Services are designed, printed and mailed to our members at no charge to our Department.  This is one of the main reasons we chose to continue to use this service.  Your donations to the program determine the amount of revenue that our Department will receive from the VFW Marketing Service. 

We appreciate any donation that you can make to our "Ways and Means" Marketing Program.  You do not have to donate each time you receive a mailing from the VFW Marketing Service, but we would ask that you at least make one donation during the year.  With your help we will continue to receive a sizeable amount of revenue from the Marketing Program to sustain us where needed throughout the year. 

Thank you for all that you do for our Department and for our Veteran's and their families...they give for us...now we need to give for them.
